Customs Policy
(NOTE: 22 EUR LIMIT NO LONGER APPLY FOR EUROPEAN UNION. NOW, EVEN THE SMALLEST CARGOES ARE SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS PROCESSING.)
Customs exemption limits for postal/courier shipments vary greatly accross countries. Some countries don't have any exemption at all. It's buyer's responsibility to know about his/her country's policy.
Parcels over the limit values will need to go through formal customs process. You may be asked to provide documents (invoice, payment proof etc.) and pay associated import fees (including taxes and other customs charges).
Import fees may also involve customs brokerage fees. DHL has a brokerage service and will charge a brokerage fee in countries, where customs processing is required. You may contact DHL to learn about fees before ordering from us.
Customs procedures and costs differ from one country to other. Since import fees depend on the customs practices of the receiving country, there's no fixed import fee that we can incorporate into our prices.
Therefore, our prices do not cover any import fees and customs costs, and buyers are responsible for responding to customs authority and paying fees, if any, when they receive their parcel.
