Important Note for Customs Taxes and Other Related Costs

Dear Customers,

We have an important note for new customers.

All customers, including individual buyers with small orders, accept in advance that all costs in receiving country belongs to the buyer, including customs fees, taxes, and brokerage fees if any. 

Many countries have customs exemption limits, but some don't. Please do your research in your country before placing an order. Kayoto does not accept any responsibility and buyer is responsible for all costs in the receiving country in all cases. Please also check our customs policy.

You should not abandon the package at customs. If you do that, we may instruct the carrier to dispose small orders and in that case you'll get no refund.
